DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY TO UK

All deliveries to UK Mainland are shipped via Standard delivery. Receiver will be updated about delivery window through text and email and delivery will be made between 8am and 6pm working days. A signature will be required upon delivery. Normally all deliveries are received within the estimated times however due to exceptionally high volume of orders during busy and festive periods, some delays may occur. Rest assured if you have ordered your purchase during busy season it might take a little longer than usual but it will reach you.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and on the same day for orders placed by 12pm GMT Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible. Also we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternate address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.

Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

We at THE COTTON do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.

Even if your order arrives in two packages you will only pay one delivery cost for your order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. For additional deliveries THE COTTON will bear cost of the delivery.
